Admissions Process

Registration Process for New Families

  1. Call or email the Admissions Counselor to inquire about the school and set up a tour.
  2. Tour the school.
  3. Complete Admissions forms including:
    1. Application for Admission or Re-admission
    2. Tuition Agreement
    3. Recommendation Form (give this to child’s current teacher)
    4. Transcript Request Form (1-8 grades only)
  4. Bring/Send completed forms (except Recommendation form) to Immanuel along with the registration fee and a copy of the following items:
    1. Kindergarten: Birth certificate and immunization record
    2. 1-8 Grades: Immunization record, latest report card and achievement test scores
  5. Interview with the principal, as desired by parents or principal.
  6. Receive notification of admission or declination.

Registration Process for Current Families

  1. Complete the Application for Admission or Re-admission.
  2. Complete the Enrollment Contract 12-13
  3. Bring/send both forms and registration fee to Immanuel.
  4. Receive notification of readmission.
